Expert Auto Repair In Kingwood

Had a replacement on my Subaru Forrester radiator done 2010 and they were such professional professionals. The work was immaculate of the price was not inexpensive, but they did so much more than the other four competitors that I did to price match with so they did the best work they were just incredibly accommodating and they even picked me up and brought me to my car because I didn’t have a ride. I would highly recommend this Shop. They’re just wonderful people. I believe it’s family owned and you can tell they’re just super professional and extremely nice On a scale of one to 10 I give them an 11

Do NOT take your car here. They will mess it up then blame you! When I went to pick my car up the sunroof was open IN THE RAIN! They weren't even working on the sunroof! When I asked them why they blamed me and said said I had left it open! I never use it. And, even if I had, why would you park it outside in the rain with it open?

Can't recommend them enough. I was moving across country from Georgia and my van died just before Port Arthur. I had 90 miles of free towing from AAA and I did a radius; luckily it swung around East Houston and West Lake Automotive. They took my call at 4pm on Saturday and let me know that I could drop my vehicle off after hours. However, I still had to arrive at my destination in a couple days, not the shortest drive from Houston. Not only did they keep me informed about the work, turned out to be a failed fuel pump, and fix it, they were patient with me and kept my van there until I could come back out 2 weeks later to get it back. Anecdote of one, but I'd go back to them if I didn't live 150 miles away.
