Can't recommend them enough. I was moving across country from Georgia and my van died just before Port Arthur. I had 90 miles of free towing from AAA and I did a radius; luckily it swung around East Houston and West Lake Automotive. They took my call at 4pm on Saturday and let me know that I could drop my vehicle off after hours. However, I still had to arrive at my destination in a couple days, not the shortest drive from Houston. Not only did they keep me informed about the work, turned out to be a failed fuel pump, and fix it, they were patient with me and kept my van there until I could come back out 2 weeks later to get it back. Anecdote of one, but I'd go back to them if I didn't live 150 miles away.

Took a used vehicle that I am considering to purchase and needed a full test run on it. ALL Representatives were extremely friendly and provided me with outstanding customer service. Still negotiating the deal, if it closes I will come back to make the changes needed. THank you
