Don’t trust your car here. They stole the Mercedes symbol off the engine, “repaired” an AC system for around 4K, that stopped blowing cold less than a year later, and kept my car for months while I debated with insurance only to learn the “system error” I was actually trying to get insurance to cover had corrected itself without ever telling me. My car was “missing” from the lot for several days during this 2 month stint when the shop was closed. Shady… no other way to say. Lost complete trust in a shop I’ve spent thousands at over 10 years repairing various cars I’ve owned. Not sure if it’s all a rogue employee causing this disgrace and loss of reputation but be warned.

Had my oil changed and the transmission flush.

Scammed me for 80 dollars. They diagnosed a part as broken that is brand new and intact. Still don’t know what’s wrong with the vehicle. They wanted 500 bucks to take out and put back 10 bolts. They’re gonna do random stuff till they figure out what the problem is, and charge you for it the whole way through. Took my vehicle here to have a noise diagnosed. 4 days later chase calls me and has a quote for new parts and labor but doesn’t really know what’s wrong. Says he needs to talk to the tech and he’ll call back. Noon the next day, I call him back because I haven’t heard anything. He says the engine mounts cracked. And they want to “uninstall and reinstall my struts to look at them”. I take the vehicle home, the engine mount is fine. I call back and tell them this and they tell me to send pictures then never respond.

Very prompt and professional . However, did not receive a call to review other items that were found beside needing a starter, to review before arrival ving to pick up the vehicle. I will need to make additional arrangements to have the vehicle dropped off for these repairs.
