The folks at West Lake Houston again did a fine job for me. It takes only a minute to drop off my vehicle, they call with an update as to the status, and they explain what's needed and what's done. Being a fleet vehicle sometimes takes more time, but they deal with the fleet company. It's also nice to be refered to by name. Good friendly and very competent folks at WLH.

It was time for my oil change and having already decided to never return to the dealership, I drove into West Lake Houston Automotive - color me grateful. I was met with courteous and caring customer service by Dylan and then an explanation, including a printout of what my Toyota will need in the next 20K miles. I was so impressed with the service, the opportunity to have my questions answered and the professionalism demonstrated by everyone.
