Called in to work at 3 a.m.Saturday morning, my truck broke down (Transmission). I had it towed to West Lake Houston Automotive, where i met the manager Kevin. Was'nt long after when Kevin called telling me the problem (transmission) needed an overhaul. Worked with me on the price (online coupons), and it was home that day. I was called in again at 3 a.m. Sunday morning and was able to report. Trucks running awesome. Wonderful job! I would recommend this business..Keep up the good work.

Good job overall. Still minor problems which need attention. Unable to come back for repair of minor problems on a timely basis, so hopefully, I will be able to return before any guarantee expires.

I have been very pleased with not only the excellent service on my vehicle but also the customer service provided by the rest of the staff.

Very professional. Unlike most times I take my car in for service, I did not come away wondering if I had been ripped off. No pressure and no up selling. A great experience. I plan on making them my permanent auto service choice.

They were officially closed but since I just needed a small repair they went ahead and accommodated me. Now that is real service!
