Expert Auto Repair In Kingwood

I've never really had a bad experience at West Lake Houston Automotive. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. I found the prices for repair are higher than the dealer prices for the same repair (specifically replace of brake pads), but the prices for general maintenance (oil change) are comparable.

This company continues to impress me on the schedules and maintenance that they perform. I do not hesitate to post a solid recomendation for WLHA. Jack

There are several aspects of customer service rarely seen today, but exemplified daily at WLHA: free transportation if needed, knowledgeable associates, and multiple options for repairs. Mr. Tim Strobel, owner of WHLA, instills in his team that it's not profit that has caused this business to thrive, but the importance of accommodating every need of each customer.

Both are outstanding. I am continually pleased with the warmness of the Staff.

I needed an overdue inspection, and went by WLH Auto to see when they could get me in. Although they were already quite busy, they took my car straight to a bay. In just a few minutes the job was done and I was on my way.Anywhere else I would still be reading old magazines in the waiting room.Great service as always.
