Expert Auto Repair In Kingwood

I had a problem with my transmission Tuesday night while coming home from work. Wednesday morning I got a tow truck to put the car in at West Lake Houston Automotive. They determined the problem and ordered the part, received the wrong one and only managed to get the car repaired by the end of business Wednesday night. They told me they would wait for me until I could get there at 7PM, and I appreciate that kind of cooperation. The repair was very reasonably priced, and done ASAP considering the parts supplier made an error. West Lake Houston Parkway certainly has done good work for me and will be working for me in the future, I am sure.Bob Morton

My son's car wouldn't start after school yesterday so we took it in to have the battery and alternator checked. We were atteded to quickly and honestly. There was nothing found to be wrong with the battery. My son probably left lights on yesterday. It would have been easy to sell me a battery I didn't need at that point. Honesty goes a long way with me. We will be back.

My vehicle wasn't starting properly, so I called and was able to bring it in within 30 minutes. The staff was courteous and professional. The waiting room was very clean and pleasant. Best of all, I was back on the road within an hour.

These people are personable, efficient, and trustworthy. Would not take my car to any one else!

The folks at West Lake Houston again did a fine job for me. It takes only a minute to drop off my vehicle, they call with an update as to the status, and they explain what's needed and what's done. Being a fleet vehicle sometimes takes more time, but they deal with the fleet company. It's also nice to be refered to by name. Good friendly and very competent folks at WLH.
