Overfilled oil during oil change
You guys always take care of us. When all I was getting was an oil change, your folks let me know the battery was weak and called to let me know they were going to install a new one since it was still under warranty. I also appreciate the fact that Andrew always knows me on sight.
Everyone at West Lake Houston is wonderful!! They do a really great job, they are friendly, professional and their rates are very fair. They have even come to my rescue a few times, at no additional charge. They are the best!!
Great service and friendly people. They would have finished the battery change that evening if had battery in stock. Was completed next morning by 9am.
