There was a time when I regularly used West Lake Houston Automotive (it was previously called Goodyear Tire and Service Center, I believe) for servicing my cars. However, I have purchased two new cars in the past two years and find myself having them serviced at the dealership under warranty more often than not. I was pleased to find your usual good service when I stopped by for a safety inspection!

We have been going to West Lake Houston automotive since we moved back to Houston over eight years ago. We take all of our vehicles in for maintenance and service and do not plan to go anywhere else. this now includes most of our extended family .Their service is excellent and the people working there are extremely honest. A number of times I have taken a vehicle in thinking that costly work was needed and later received a call that only minor or no repairs were needed. I recommend them highly to anyone needing any type of work or service on their vehicles.
