My car was serviced and ready on time. I will continue to use WLHA for all required maintenance on my vehicles.

Courteous staff, I brought my truck in for a state inspection without an appointment and was told that there were two ahead of me. I went home and got my second vehicle and returned to drop off the truck. At 3:32 pm I receive a call saying that the truck was ready. I returned to pick the truck up and was greeted by a cherful counter person. I paid the bill and left. When I picked my vehicle up it had started raining. I turned on the wipers and realized that the wiper blade on the drivers side was torn (has been for a while) and still streaking about eyelevel high. I called your shop back to inquire about the cost of a replacement set and was told they normally run about $15.00 each and that rarely unless the vehicle was a Merceedes or other high end car they should have blades. My question is how through is your inspection and why couldn't I get a firm price on the cost of the wiper blade?

Since some major repairs were completed by Kevin and the crew, it's been a rocky road, but everytime I have questions or worries, they gladly check it out and completed several secondary repairs under warranty in a timely fashion and free of charge. The last star was lost by having to return so many times and the occasional bickering and complaining between the employees, which I maybe just saw because I'd spent so much time there, but it was in front of other customers as well. Overall Kevin is an honest guy, and a straight shooter (hard to find in his line of business.) He has helped me and my family so much and we are very grateful to him and his crew.
