When advised that their was an issue, I received a prompt call explaining the issue, the cost and the time needed to fix. The team kept me involved the whole way and I was able to plan my other tasks knowing exactly how my service was being handled.

According to the tech to whom I spoke, the problem with the door handle snapping off in my Mercedes is a bit of a common problem. I have owned several cars and never had that happen before. With the reputation Mercedes puts forth it was the last car I ever thought this would happen with. Mercedes needs to look into the commonality of this problem and address it. Had a nail in the right rear tire. Brought the car to get it fixed. They were busy and offered to fix it but it would be a long while before it would be done. I said I would wait however, they suggested that they could take me home and pick me up when finished. I agreed and was able to get extra work done at home while waiting for the pick up. They are very client conscious and considerate.
