Expert Auto Repair In Kingwood

The one dashboard warning no car owner wants to see is the check engine light. With a Ford Explorer nearing 85K miles with no major issues so far, I assumed I was going to get bad news. The crew at West Lake Houston Automotive could have taken advantage of the opportunity and come up with a variety of expensive repairs, but they found a simple issue to resolve the problem at minimal cost, and my car was ready by 2:00 the same day I dropped it off. I've been bringing cars to this shop since moving to Kingwood 15 years ago and will never go anywhere else.

Year after year, same high quality service.

My invoice does not have a breakdown of parts and labor. When asked for high cost, I was told parts of Hummer are expensive. one item of repair: $855 for a fallen window. I checked cost of window engine from GM, it is below $100. If I do not hear from management, I will seek other avenues. When I asked for breakdown of part and labor on my invoice, I was told they do not do that, it is only one number for total cost. It is unheard of.
