Had a nail in the right rear tire. Brought the car to get it fixed. They were busy and offered to fix it but it would be a long while before it would be done. I said I would wait however, they suggested that they could take me home and pick me up when finished. I agreed and was able to get extra work done at home while waiting for the pick up. They are very client conscious and considerate.

My son’s car was in an accident a few days before he deployed overseas. It has taken six months and the insurance has still not settled the claim. That whole time Stan has done everything he could to help speed the process along. He stored the car and it hasn’t cost an arm and a leg like I expected. He was very friendly and helpful and even though we haven’t quite settled the claim yet we’re getting close. I can’t believe the patience and the cooperation that he has given us in trying to resolve this problem. I live in Spring Branch but if my car is ever in an accident I’m taking it all the way out there. I just can’t believe that it could be in any better hands.
