Expert Auto Repair In Kingwood

Had a nail in the right rear tire. Brought the car to get it fixed. They were busy and offered to fix it but it would be a long while before it would be done. I said I would wait however, they suggested that they could take me home and pick me up when finished. I agreed and was able to get extra work done at home while waiting for the pick up. They are very client conscious and considerate.

Appointments promptly honored. Issues presented. No hard sell for services or parts.Friendly environment at check in.

Needed Annual Inspection. Vehicle needed work to pass. Humberto and the crew took care of the situation as usual and kept me well informed along the way.

My son’s car was in an accident a few days before he deployed overseas. It has taken six months and the insurance has still not settled the claim. That whole time Stan has done everything he could to help speed the process along. He stored the car and it hasn’t cost an arm and a leg like I expected. He was very friendly and helpful and even though we haven’t quite settled the claim yet we’re getting close. I can’t believe the patience and the cooperation that he has given us in trying to resolve this problem. I live in Spring Branch but if my car is ever in an accident I’m taking it all the way out there. I just can’t believe that it could be in any better hands.

I moved to Kingwood from El Paso, TX in 2013. In EP I took my truck to the dealership I bought the truck from, this dealership has my respect. When I moved to Kingwood I was not sure who to trust. So I tried WLHA. I was thilled how professional & honest they are. I have been with them ever since. They are like a dealership but not as expensive. They have fixed the little things they find on my truck & not charged me for them. I trust & respect this business.
