Have used West Lake Houston Automotive many times now and have been very satisfied. Had to leave my car for several days last time while a part was ordered and they offered to rent me a "loaner" car to use in the meantime. Communication good for the most part, and the acted like they cared about my business. You don't always find that nowadays!

They could have stung me for another $400-500 after previous visit for work on breaklines for a master cylinder and reservoir. Instead a call an hour after I dropped vehicle off, Kevin phoned me advising car was ready and NO CHARGE! - One of his techs noticed a simple change of old "washers" (forgot technical term) in the lines and it was fixed. They could have taken me but they believe in service to this community he told my wife and they proved it. Gald to have them here in Kingwood.S J Stapleton
