Thanks to Abel for all his recent help with my 1999 Nissan Quest. I spent $2,000 on repairs in May, unfortunately the vehicle was never the same. Had it back 4 times in 3 weeks only to learn the timing belt broke, which wasn't checked beforehand (not sure why?). Was made to ustand timing belt affected the crankshaft operation. Overall vehicle wud need a new motor....so after 17 years and 225,000 miles, it was time to move on. WLHA looked after the vehicle for the past 11 years - thank you for yr service. Rgds, Steve Flynn

I had a slow leak of air from my right tire, so I called west lake Houston Auto, on 6/6/2016. I got an appointment the same day at 11-AM. I was there at 11-00 and I was done taken care of in just about a couple of hours. They found a large screw embedded in the tire, I was told by the courteous person at the front desk. And to add a new surprise to this excellent service, the attendant told me that there is no charge,
