I have gone back every time for vehicle service since that 1st visit 4 years ago. I have complete confidence that the right thing will be done each time. Called in to work at 3 a.m.Saturday morning, my truck broke down (Transmission). I had it towed to West Lake Houston Automotive, where i met the manager Kevin. Was'nt long after when Kevin called telling me the problem (transmission) needed an overhaul. Worked with me on the price (online coupons), and it was home that day. I was called in again at 3 a.m. Sunday morning and was able to report. Trucks running awesome. Wonderful job! I would recommend this business..Keep up the good work.
