As always, my experience with WLHA was a pleasant one. Smooth, efficient, and cost effective. Could not be more pleased.

The people working at the counter weren't as friendly as in the past. The service wasn't especially fast; an hour for an oil change seems quite long. Also, we were expecting a call when our second car was finished, but never received one. Maybe it was our misunderstanding, but giving the customer a call when service on their vehicle is complete seems like an obvious courtesy.

I broughg my car on wednesday night, repaired thursday and retuned for repairs friday. I will agree that theyade it rigbt friday. I do not understand the 99.00 diagnostics charge.
