I scheduled an appointment for an inspection for 1000 AM, was seen on time and was out the door by 1030 AM. Can't beat that anywhere else.

I went by to get my wife's 2016 GMC Yukon battery (seemed weak) and radio (screen and radio not working) checked here today, never having it serviced here before. It is a automatic reflex for me to be cautious and skeptical of service companies because a lot of them, in any service, are going for the up-sell... It was explained to me by the Master Mechanic that my alternator was putting out too high of voltage after replacing the battery and then checking the system. He asked me if I had about a half an hour to trouble shoot for the answer, so I agreed. Sitting there in the waiting room all I could think of was I will most likely need a new alternator$ and new radio$$. After trouble shooting the problem, the mechanic came back with great news that he had to reset some bad codes in the system and now everything works again! Not only did they not try to up-sell me, they fixed all of the issues!! The whole staff was very professional, honest, and show great integrity. The waiting area and bathrooms were spotless. I would highly recommend this shop and i am excited to have found a place to get my cars fixed and not have to worry about being scammed. Thank you West Lake Houston Automotive, you have a customer for life!!

Took my Honda in for break repair. Got a call later that my front tires were worn out, so I gave them permission to have both front tires replaced. They also had to replace some alignment parts. Two days later I got the call that my vehicle was ready for pickup. Driving home, the car felt very strange. Upon arriving home, I found the left rear tire was flat, and my original worn-out front tires were still on the car. I had to air up the rear tire just to get it back to the shop. The receipt showed that they had replaced the tires and inspected pressure all around. They obviously didn't. The manager on duty said he would refund 150 dollars to my account, which so far has not happened. The breaks are fine now, but I only wonder what else they missed or didn't actually perform. Needles to say, I will not be going back. Update: I finally received the refund several weeks later.

Very professional and knowledgeable on my WRX Subaru. The master technician kept looking to identify our issue - he could have just replaced did the sensor - but we would have had to bring the car back. I appreciate their honesty and courtesy when I called .
