Use caution if you use this shop, I paid for an oil change here on my 2021 Chevrolet Colorado and not even a week later had a low oil notification, I definitely should have checked the oil level after the service but I expected a professional job from a "dealership alternative" On top of that I was charged for a new oil drain plug which was definitely not needed on a 2 year old truck and certainly was not asked for, they also charged $10 for checking various things and topping off fluids which they did not do as both my coolant reservoir and washer fluid were low. An oil change here could cost you your vehicle/engine.
We always try our best, and we always stand by our work, even in the rare times we make a mistake. Your drain plug would not seal, and was leaking, after the oil change, so we installed a new one. If you review your invoice you will see that, there is a discount on there for the cost of the drain plug, as a courtesy to you we took care of it for you. Also, reviewing your invoice, you were charged for your oil change only, we do not charge to inspect, and top off fluids. Reviewing the pictures we took of your vehicle, your coolant reservoir, we just above the minimum. I do apologize if we failed to top off your Windshield Washer fluid. Again, we always stand by our work, and I do apologize for any inconvenience the may have caused.
