Even with the freezing cold everyone made an effort to get my car's repairs completely in a timely fashion. Andrew at the front desk answered my questions. Brandon looked at my car when I brought it in and gave his expert opinion on needed repairs. After the work was completed, the driver picked me up in a very warm vehicle! One trip to West Lake Houston Automotive and my wife was convinced that they are better/cheaper than the dealership. Oil change with premium synthetic oil was significantly less than oil change with "regular" oil at the dealership.
They do what they say they will do and they do it on time. I especially appreciate the courtesy drive back home and the return drive to pick-up my car.
Andrew, Humberto, and Abe and their staff always do a great job. Brian always goes the extra mile. We are very happy with West Lake Automotive's service, and their great people-to-people skills.
